Comment on draft guidance
We have released draft guidance on the additional breach reporting obligations that apply to registered tax practitioners from 1 July 2024.
The draft guidance consists of 3 documents which includes a:
- draft information sheet (to be linked) providing detailed guidance on the additional beach reporting obligations
- summary document (to be linked) providing a high-level summary of the additional breach reporting obligations
- high-level decision tree (to be linked) providing a snapshot of the new obligations.
Your comments are invited on all the 3 documents by xx May 2024.
