Uploading documents 

Uploading documents to us online is safe and convenient. Tax practitioners can submit most documents through My Profile

If you need to upload documents when submitting an online request, we only accept documents using one of the following file types:   

  • jpg 

  • jpeg 

  • png 

  • pdf 

  • doc 

  • docx 

  • xls 

  • xlsx. 

We cannot accept documents greater than 8 MB. If your document exceeds this limit, you will need to reduce its size before uploading.  

To reduce the size, consider saving your document as a PDF, minimise the image resolution, or compress your document by saving as a zip file.
